Created 18-month multi-state and multi-channel business development plan to achieve company goals, and established departmental KPIs and OKRs.
Delivered.
Established business development department OKRs and KPIs, and initiated first departmental budget.
Created and initiated comprehensive strategic plan to establish EV charging infrastructure in the Midwest and Southern US.
Recruited, hired, trained and managed business development team.
Collaborated with government relations and construction departments to develop operational process from site prospecting to close to deployment.
Co-developed revenue modeling tool to improve site selection.
Created comprehensive sales deck for site hosts, OEMs and corporate partners.
Site location closings improved from an average of less than 1 per week to more than 7 per week within 3 months, including the closing of the largest multi-state deal in company history.
Sales cycle reduced from an average of 72 days to 54 days.
Executed first MOU with a partner EV OEM.
